Assuming you tested positive to HBsAb, the test did not state how much antibody you have. A quantity of 10 IU/L is considered protective. Your result of 1.402 does not indicate how much, it is just a number indicating that you are HBsAb positive because it is above the cut-off value for the particular assay the lab used. Test again, ask the lab, you want to know the result in IU/L.
