  My SGPT is 231 ul and SGOT is 256 ul ,,,please advise me about food and could i treval for 4 hours by air  my age is 57 years .

if you are 57yo you better consider treatment seriously and do all tests, cirrhosis and liver cancer jump to very high percentage after 50yo

These tests are not enough to tell about your condition. You should do ultrasound, fibroscan, hbsag quant hbv dna.

But anyway generally air-travel is not a problem.
Food mostly vegetables and fish. Keep BMI around 21-22.
