my last test HBV not detected

i had HBV for couple years
but my last blood test was :    HBV not detected  and all the other blood test was normal

hep B surface           Reactive
antibody QL                  non reactive
hep B antigen                  non reactive
hep B antibody                          reactive

i need help to read this ????

Undetected viral load is not the same as clearing the virus.

To clear the virus you need to have the surface antigen be negative.

Well I went on vacation to (Lebanon)
I was there for 2 month, the first couple days I got sick and I did blood test my HBV was high almost 20,000. I didn’t want to take any medicine there I just want to wait to get back to the USA,
in the mean while my brother took me to this one old man has herb shop ,he give me some pills made it from mix natural herbs ,he mixed in front of me than he put them in pills I took it 3 times a day after my meal.
After I came back to the USA I did my routine blood test and my doctor was surprise my blood test results came out
HBV    not detected, my ALT and AST is normal
Next week I will do blood test for the antiBs and antiBc
Can the HBV not detected but I still have it I don’t know?
If anyone had the same situation let me know plz???
