need advice on whcih medicine to take

hi all, i was born a hipatitis B carrier. recently my viruses got realy bad my HBV load is 7340020 IU/mL, ALT 73 U/L.  i heard there are two medicine out on the market, one is Viread, the other one is Baraclude.now im very confused about 2 things.
first, is my HBV really bad that needs to start this medication immediatly, or i can wait and seek other treatments because according to what the doctors say once the medication has started it  cant be stoped.
the second thing that i need advice on is that i have no idea which medicine is better, and what differences they would make.  can any one advice me which one to take?

first of all hbvdna has almost no meaning for number of infected cells, severity of infection and liver damage.you need the following tests to determine your condition, especially because antivirals are useless on virus and immune modulators eradicate only low hbsag

first of all:
fibroscan or biopsy to know liver damage.if there is no liver damage taking antivirals is useless

hbsag quantity, if less than about 1500iu/ml eradication of hbv is probable

according to these results the best options are:

in case of damaged liver
entecavir, severe liver damage/cirrhosis but no polimerase lam mutations
tenofovir, good anyway, most potent and 0% resistance

in case of good liver but you want to try to eradicate hbv and be free to stop drug whenever you like combination:
interferon+entecavir or tenofovir+alinia

interferon will allow to stop all drug without problems after hbvdna und is reached

there are no other drugs than tnf, etv and interferon on guidelines

You must consult a doctor, as each of us is different, with different medical histories. This is a forum to just exchange ideas, and the comments should not be viewed as professional advise. I was diagnosed ad Heb B positive since 1999. My diagnosis has been chronic hepatitis B e-antigen negativity, previously low HBV DNA and normal ALT but the latest test showed a marked increase in hepatitis B viral copies to greater than 10 million which equates to 1.4 million international units. A rise in my ALT to 83 iu/L has been noted. This was from the latest test in July 10. Three weeks ago, I started treatment with Temofovir. I feel fine, but these results have scared me.
