need answer

I am in cut off level of hepa b, what does it mean? is there any possible to make it lessen? and the doctor collected once again blood sample from me at 9:00 am dec, 13 2012.

Very hard for us to interpret what is meant by your doctor "in cut off level". It could refer to your HbSAg status or your ALT level or other markers. You really must ask your doctor.

because i am candidate to work abroad, the visa is ready, but when i gone to medical exam last dec.7 2012, and i got the result at dec. 12 and the doctor told me that i am in cut off level, so they collected again a blood sample for me to be sure. and i will be going back in dec. 17 to get the result.

"cutoff" level is specific to the test kit used. The lab report should tell you whether you are positive(reactive) or negative(non-reactive) according to the "cutoff" level. Don't pay too much attention to the cutoff level or number, they have no meaning, just concentrate on whether your are positive or negative of whatever they are testing you for.
