tenofovir has a very high hbv clearance on hbeag positive, 16% at 3 years already, so interferon add on can also be unnecessary, while on hbeag negative there is no hbv clearance without interferon add-on

tenofovir clearance on hbeag negative is almost 0%, maybe 5% like that on entecavir

stop revovir as soon as possible and take tenofovir.revovir is not working at all

alt normal range is less than 30
hbe positive is very good, tenofovir may clear hbv without interferon

hbvdna must be undetactable or extremely low by 6-12 months of tenofovir use

revovir is not effective on hbv and just worsen hbv infection
