i took my pre-medical employment (9-29-12)  and these are the numbers:
hbsag (eia) screening      titer= 0.252    c.o.v.= 0.065

what does this mean?
what is the status of my hbv?

They depend on the test kit that the lab used to carry out the assay, and they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

thanks, but what is the normal average number of titer and normal COV that requires a person?

Since your HBSAg titer is above the cut off value, it means you tested positive for the HBSag. It may mean you have chronic or acute Hepatitis B.
