repated liver biopsy show f4 from last biopsy show f1

i am chronic hbv
detected  hbsag in 2013 then i had t.b and took ALT  for six months then from that in
2014 26 june i ahd liver biopsy because of high liver enzyme alt of more than 90  despite
my dna  hbv was  46iu/ml but then the biopsy show  fibrosis  score 1
then in 26 July 2014  entecavir  started
and on
nov 10 2014 mydna came to 7.22iu/ml but since my lft was increased
and then my lft never came normal in 23 sept 2015 i had hbv dna show 47iu/ml dna but alt was 61 and then
on 26 sept 2015 the doctor swtich  to tenefovir and then still my alt is not normal and after 4 months  my alt was more than 120 then on march 10 2016 my dna become <20 iu.ml
but alt was 125 and then doctor test for hba1c cooper and all other but all normal since then
on 2 may 2016 i had endoscopy with biopsy  report came and it was normal
and on 18 may i had fibroscan show 10.8 kpa and i had liver biopsy report show(repated liver biopsy)
chronic hepatitis with moderate activity and mild steatosis with f4 and i am scared why i become f4 in just 22 months is it possible ? please help me out will i go for tenofovir is tenfovir is increasing my fiboris and liver enzyme what is happening with me
i am non smooker  never drink  no fatty food from last 2 year low fat diet but still confuse please help me out the docotr  sugguest for anti hbsag is it possible with just short span of tenofovir to have positive report please help me?
MY LAST  FIBORSCAN  ON 31ST MAY WAS 11.8 KPA

fatty liver makes cirrhosis and cancer more than hbv....., 11.8kpa is low and not of concern but if you dont change your food to all organic its wasted time

i dont understand why you keep taking about hbv and tenofovir, looks like you dont understand
