superinteresting monoclonal antibody study VIR-3434

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04423393#contacts

this monoclonal antibody presnts hbsag to tcells and dendritic cells so we can get durability of hbsag results, it is very early but if higher/longer doses are safe this could be hbv cure for low hbsag patients in combination with other drugs.a single low dose 6-18mg got 1-1.5logs reductions

It's great that is available in England. I will research more into it, although I wished the trial would be more advanced than phase 1. I don't really have the courage to enter a trial that just started out. I don't see any exclusion criteria based on being on/off nucs. So technically I would qualify even if I'm on tenofovir.
Unfortunately, the market isn't there for HBV. Based on stock advisors that report on pharmaceutical companies, it would be more like 2029 until we have something good... but I really hope they're wrong on this.
