what does this mean

i had my routine exam and had the following results:

HbsAg non reactive
antibody to hepatitis core antigen -total: reactive
on ultrasound: mild fatty infiltration of liver
alt - elevated

i dont have jaundice, nausea, vomiting, itching.. i never had blood transfusions and tatoos and history of drug use
but i do have easy fatiguability and abdominal discomfort particularly on the right upper quadrant of abdomen.

do i have hepatitis b?  thank you very much

i took clindamycin for 7 days 2 days after blod test. yhank you

The fatty liver could elevate your ALT.  Try to alter your diet?

As cajim said you don't have hep B , there must be other reason why your ALT is elevated. You shuold talk to your doctor. Have you been tested with other hepatitis test like hep C, A  and others.  Or are you a hard drinker? that cuold be a reason.
