will my fiancee be infected? pls help.

Any response from this community esp those who've have had similar situations.

Im a hepb active carrier.

My fiancee has completed the hep b vaccination in 2007.

1. Is she gonna be immune for life even if there will be an unprotected sexual intercourse between us in the future?

2. Does she need to have a hep b booster shot?

3. Any idea if our future baby is gonna be infected?

1 and 2. You need to test for antibodies level to answer those questions 100%. Contact your hepatologist. (generally yes its for life)
3. If your fiance is not infected with HBV then it cannot be transmitted from you.
