ah and this works only in interferon experienced patients
i don't know if i'm allowed to say the following. i started a thread about it but it was deleted because the substance has the potential of addiction but all my muscle spasms, muscle weakness and general weakness of the body disappeared after i took 60mg of DXM. i split it into 2 doses, sometimes i add 30mg to have 3 doses over the day. i sleep like a stone and when i'm awake i'm clear. it really helps though it has the little potential of addiction because in high doses DXM has hallucenogenic activity.
I have the same issues on days when I push myself, even though it feels good when I am swimming, hiking or riding my bike, the next day I am miserable and can sleep all day
All I can say is, take it slowly. When out with friends, I go home after dinner while they go on to hear music and dance till 3:00 AM
I just can't do that anymore
So, feel good that you are treating your body right and it's OK to take the hike that doesn't go up 3,000 feet!
Swimming, if you have a nice poo, riverl or lake nearby, is one of the best ways to exercise IMO. No stress on joints or muscles, you can get some great cardio and stretching and, you can always just lay on your back and float!

Somehow I pressed best answer for your response..lol but thanks for responding Linda. My pain varies from day to day. It took me 3 days to get over the pain from an exercise class. I have noticed lately when I work out in a yoga/ pilates class, I have pain all over. There are days when I feel pretty good. I decided today to go back to the exercise class and be more gentle with myself. I don't hurt as much today. Another thing I noticed was cold air is coming to Georgia. I started taking naltrexone in tiny doses of.25 mg to start in the hope that it will reset my immune system. I am cured from Hepc, so that makes me happy..my fibroscan showed me at 3rd stage bridging cirrhosis before I stated tx last year.
So we shall see. Again thanks for your response!
Where is the pain and what does it feel like - stabbing, constant, etc
And on a scale of 1-10?
It may or may not be related to your treatment but for those who have advanced liver disease, SVR is a new beginning since the virus will not continue to attack your liver, but, sadly, some SVR patients are left with the damage that the virus caused to not only your liver but other important organs not to mention an immune system that has been in overdrive for decades
Everyone is different and I am so pleased when I hear people report that they continue to feel better all the time and I hope you get some answers to address your pain
What does your doc say?
