12 Week UNDECTABLE!!!

Just wanted to share my happy news with everyone.  My 12 week lab results:  hcv is undetectable!!!  I have never been as happy as I am at this moment.  The last 12 weeks have been some of the toughest and I know the next 36 weeks on the riba and peg won't be a cake-walk, but I am so relieved and thrilled.

Thanks to all of you who have been there for me in my darkest moments cheering me on and encouraging me.  You have helped me through some rough and scary times.  I couldn't have done it without you.

This is my third time on treatment having been a non-responder the previous two times.  As a result my doc has recommended 12 weeks of triple tx followed by 36 weeks of riba and peg.  I was undetectable at 4 weeks and have remained so since then.

To all of you:  Thanks for your good wishes and support.  Continued success to you!

anne, that is great news.  You are doing 48 weeks why?  Did you have detectable virus on earlier PCRs or are you cirrhotic?

I am at 8 weeks, looking at 48 weeks.
