I hate to be like this but most of the items (if not all) the items listed consist of total unhealthy junk food with zero nutritional value. It is clear the person put a lot of time and research into the list but I am just saying.
lol I think there may be a few healthy things on there but probably not. This is actually something I did and I wanted to make sure it could be helpful. Dad is not a healthy eater at all never has been and when he had to eat when he didn't want to, he turned to junk food all the time. We aren't really healthy eaters here anyway so I've never really known many healthy foods fat gram count. I want to do a healthier list to add onto it but I don't have the time to research more foods to put on it.
However I do hope this proves useful to some people at least lol.
Good list. I got so tired of trying to think of things that I finally just ate apples with peanut butter, whatever works is my opinion

Most junk food is high in fat. That's why eating fat was not a problem for me. I love sugery high fat foods. I did try very hard to eat things with some nutritional value. Thanks for the link
