How did your pcr' look like at 4 and 12 weeKs. If und some dr's are letting geno 2's treat shorter like 12 to 16 weeks. Do you meet the criteria?
I am on my 19th weeks and the side effects have gotten much much worse over the past month. The first 3 months were tolerable; now I'm not able to go to work. Has anyone experienced this? The fatigue, headache, nausea, weakness, mailaise, insomnia, anxiety and depression are getting intolerable. Every anti-depressant I've taken has increased the side effects. Don't know how I'm going to make it to the end which for me is 5 more weeks.
So you have 6 shots left? You have been very strong throughout this tx. I am interested in the person who's lecture you attended. Do you have his name?
I am telling a few more people that I have hep c, but in no way is it public knowledge around here. Well, maybe it is, one of the people I told is my hairdresser! I would love to see something happen to raise hep c awareness. Look how much awareness for breast cancer was raised by one person's sister!
Listen to me, I want awareness but can't tell my co-workers I'm doing treatment much less what I'm treating.
Hi Tony,
Hope you start to feel better soon.
Someone had posted a while back about a news anchor who went public with his having Hep c. I wonder if that is the same person whose lecture you attended?
Mentors for newbies. I guess that's what you can say happens here too. Glad to hear he is making the public aware of Hep.
My husband listens to NY radio when he drives to work in the morning. A news and weather channel. He told me the other day that they have Hep C commercials on it all the time. I said "WHAT!!???" You didn't tell me that! (I listen to a differnt show, talk radio) He thought I listened to his channel. We've only been together 18 years so I guess thats why he doesn't know what radio program I listen to. heheh
I was really happy to hear that in the NY area they are warning people of the virus and telling them to get checked. That is a biggy! Hope other channels follow.
