I am going to try and get up the nerve to go give the blood tonight.  I punked out last night - but I got up the nerve today.

:)

I hate having to wait a week for the results you know? Urgh!

Well that's sort of good - gives me a good excuse to try and eat back some calories while I know I can. I have a feeling if I went off treatment holy COW - and I mean that literally. I am so used to eating everything I want now it's going to be horrible!

Stock up on everything.  Go get some movies to watch when you're not watching trash tv or sci fi.  Keep your mind occupied and your tummy full of ice cream. Remember you are a great person and a possitive influence to everyone here.  We are ALL routing for you.

My magic 8 ball says NEGAGTIVE, NEGATIVE NAGATIVE!!

Wow whatever you do try and stay away from alcohol.  Although I have hepc my liver enzymes were in the 200s before I started treating and in a month were down to the 20s.  That probably won't relate to your situation but...a month is how long it took for mine to level out with the medications.

I quit drinking a while back after seeing what REAL damage was being done to my liver. Believe me I drank and partied like a fish for 20 years. I'd take your portion too if I could ;-)

Now that I've seen just how bad my liver looks and what I've done to it and how it REALLY does affect me....it's amazing how much that has helped to straighten me out.

Best of luck.

Thanks my friends.

I am teeny tiny chicken sometimes - but then I gear up my hey wait I'm a NYchick! and get it going again.

I'm so s-c-u-r-r-ed (ha) to get the results.  You know the last two tests I was SURE they were clear so now I'm just like BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!  Last chance Miss France I can see your underpants.

Yup that's how crazy I am right now.  I sound a bit like my pal CanCanMan don't i?   ;-))))

It will be a full week now of a LOT of ice cream and sadly last night I went to the grocery store and OH NO they sold out (uh I bought them all) of my favorite fudgicles and I was ahast! So tonight you know I"m going to go to another store. Can't stop me THAT easily - the one's I bought instead were just gross!

I am a fudge pop ice & cream snob now.  :)

Girl you being a 1a and a 1b and having that low of a viral count at week 12 is called a RVR. For get that 4 week test. My hepo told me if i wanted the 4 week ok but didn't think it was needed, neither did i. Wouldn't have changed a thing. He said if my viral load is in the 400 range at week 12 pcr i'd better me durn happy, and im only a 1a.

I can't thank you enough for the good wishes.  And the good advice (eat ice cream and watch movies that is my FAVORITE advice :)

I think I need to stop on the way home and get my Magic 8 Ball - of course I'd be too afraid to use it LOL.

I am very happy CanCan that I had a 3log drop and was RVR now I just have to kill off the last remainning survivors.  I think they might be as stubborn as me (but then it's my Italian/Irish/German blood you know - it's CONSTANTLY at war LOL)

I am going to go tonight and then stop at the store and buy myself a couple more ice creams :) :)

And my 8 ball..............

Brat,,,Sorry,,,,obviously we just don't know the answer to that. Most everyone here has hep c so if that was your case,,,,we have answers.  My opinion,,,,once you quit drinking,,,I would think if you took labs on your alt in 4 weeks,,,,should see it reduced then.  Best of Luck to you!
