Blood on a toilet seat

I sat on a toilet seat the other day not realizing there was dried blood on the front of the seat. If at all my anus touched that dried blood, is it possible to get hep c? this is probably a really stupid question.

Hep C infected blood has to enter the blood stream. So for example through a fresh open wet weeping wound not simple by contact the skin surface.
