Can I be infected with Hepatitis or HIV from a burn that is gushing?

Hi, I picked up a needle on its side by accident that I have no idea what it was used for. This needle was unuasually long and had a gauge on the end of it. I also have a burn on my finger that is not bleeding but is gushing. Could I catch any blood related diseases from such contact? Thanks in advance

Hep c infected blood must enter your blood stream in order for infection tone transmitted. If there was no risk that this occurred you are not at risk.
