Cholesterol high,HDL low

Hello,I just received the last lab.results by Internet, and my cholesterol, which was always normal is higher,(242), my HDL is under normal range (30),and VLDL is 50.
I stopped tx a month ago,and during all tx , my cholesterol was normal.
I did not change anything, diet with quite no fat , exercise, and drinking  a lot water.
Is it possible to have a connection with stopping tx?
