Common bile duct measurement

I had an abdominal ultrasound last months because my lft's were elevated. ,I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer.
The report came back with common bile duct measuring 11mm in diameter. The test was repeated last wee and now it measures 8mm. From what I'm reading it should be no more than 6mm. Any idea why it's shrunk? And is this good or should I do,further testing. Should I be concerned.

I don't know much about bile duct pathology but I did have breast cancer surgery between treatments for Hep C

It was one or the other and my breast cancer surgeon went to bat for me at the Tumor Board to just do the surgery so I could get back on the Hep C treatment horse

It gets quite complicated with 2 major illnesses so you need a doc that you can trust and getting rid of the virus improves your outcome for other serious illness

Are you currently being treated for Hep C?
