Confusing Anti-HCV Test Result

I spoke to my Dr. on the phone who told me all my blood tests (including Hep A,B, C, CBC, and Thyroid) were in normal range.  However, when I received detailed copies of the routine blood work, the "Anti-Hep C" result doesn't state Negative or Positive like the rest do... it says "0.04".  What does this mean?  Thanks.
