Do you think it is good or not?

I usually get this vitiman when I can afford it.I feel great when taking it but anyway my queston is do you think that it is too many things  for the liver to take in it looks all good anyway check out the link. www.healthdirect.com its optimal nutrition.and the other link is http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/healthdirect/naturesoptimalnutrition.html anyway let me know what you think.

I am not an expert in this question at all. However, my personal humble opinion about any supplement is - no matter how "all natural" they are, they still have some ingredients "to preserve freshness"... If you want to supplement your diet with powerful antioxidants and bioflavonoids, why not simply add them to your diet by eating real fruit and vegetables?

All I know is stay away from iron, and K,,someone sugested a multi like for old people centrum silver (no iron)...And my GI said take 800 mg of vit E. for fatty liver.....and you can google that. They say it reverses all fatty liver's except alcoholic fatty liver.
