Enlarged liver back to normal size

Hi,

I had stomach ache and bloating up of the stomach 3 years back. On consulting a doctor, she suggested me to have a pelivic scan during which it was discovered that my liver is slightly enlarged. I have been having the pain below my right breast for more than 4 years. Later to the scan I did consult my family doctor and he advised me that there is no serious problem and asked me to ignore. But I was not relieved of the pain. I consulted him after my second deliver last year. He asked me to get a pelvic scan done again. To my surprise, the fatty liver observed 3 years back was not visible. The liver was back to the normal size. But the pain does exist. When consulted the doctor with the report, he explained to me it might be due to the muscle sprain and prescribed be for a plaster for a few days. The pain subsided for sometime but I am not completely relieved of the pain till date. Please suggest what should be done next. I am worried if there is something seriously wrong with my liver.
