FYI on female stuff

I know this comes up alot so here goes.

After shot one of interferon my 'friend' decided that we didn't get along anymore and decided not to visit me.  Hey - no great loss, I never really thought you were my 'friend' at all anyway!

So I was pretty happy - adios amigo don't let the door kick you on the way out!

Two weeks post - guess who decided to visit once more?

Yup - our bodies, free of the poison, go straight back to normal once again.

Just for those of you wondering - when we have this situation (or the other one)...it don't last.

BOO HOO.

I wonder if I am gonna get it back  ?  I stopped having it after my mom passed away in 2002.  Menapause started just after that, had hot flashes for years at night, since I was in late 30's.   But I was an early bloomer.. LOL 8..   I sure hope I do not get it back, but I did read that procrit can cause that too.    I have been having some cramps on and off, where I havent had those in years, but so far everything is the same.

I sure hope I do not get it back, that would be awful. After not having it for 5 years.

Well, small steps first. Now that "its" back, I'm sure the rest of the deal will follow soon enough :) BTW I also told you that your Procrit dose seemed excessive, even to someone like myself who was up to 60,000 units/week. My hgb fluctuated between 11 and 13 but finally stabalized between 11 and 12.

Guess I should stay outta "female" only threads. I was about to post why you'd go to bed so quickly with this jerk after he bailed out on you in week one, when I realized who your "friend" was. LOL. Glad I didn't push the "post" button on that one. LOL. Yeah, isn't today PCR day?

You know I was a "once a year" person for 15 years but now on treatment(27th week) It has been arriving EVERY month for about three months...uggg!  I'm sure that having low platelets doesn't help.(48) Oh well, I'm paying for all those "easy" years. I guess that I'm fertile too...uh oh!

I was on 80,000 of epo a week for quite a while.

No wonder Dr. J. freaked out and pulled me off a riba and half of the epo at week what 46?  One would wonder why my doctor didn't unless they didn't know all the threats I made in the beginning to him to give me MORE MORE MORE riba and remember the time I pulled the .22 on him in the office until he did ;)

Still...I've never really gone higher than 10.5 for 90% of treatment so the 12 was far out of my reach - I'll just take it that I'm fine :)

Well - screwed up but "fine" none the less.  As fine as I can be?  Well you know what I mean I'm sure ;)

At least my riba rage is subsiding!

I guess that says what the real issue was to begin with. Glad I am not single...I would remain so if I was.  I could never go back to breaking in another man. LOL

I stopped getting mine too. Don't miss it one bit. I'm actually glad because my bloodwork would be worse than what it already is
