Fatty liver/pancreas

i had endoscopic ultrasound done and the reports says 'fatty liver and pancreas'.
i am 31F, with RUQ pain , central chest pain and also back and scapular pain. together with lots of other symptoms such as difficulty breathing and blood coughed up and palpitation.
my questions are, what causes 'fatty liver and pancreas'? is it something that will progress to cirrhosis and cancer? what's the time span for these changes to occur? i am very worried.
the thing is, i had ultrasound&CT abdomen done about 10 months ago but the report didn't mention about 'fatty liver'. i had another abdomen ultrasound done in 6 month ago, at that time it didn't mention about 'fatty liver' but it does say a prominent riedels lobe (enlarge liver)
and now came the 'fatty liver and pancreas', it seems that the change progress very rapidly.... am i going to die very soon?
any advice would be appreciated.
i don't smoke or drink alcohol. my cholesterol level has been OK. i am 5 foot 1 inch (158cm), 71kg.

-very worried Zoe

Zoe,

fatty liver can be a significant risk. There could be environmental factors causing it maybe not. Diet changes may help and examining environmental changes in recent months may help identify what is going on.

I feel like I'm skipping over a lot. You need to work with the doc to identify things you can be doing to help yourself out and identify factors that may have contributed to this problem.

Fatty pancreas? I'm sorry, but I don't anything on that topic.
