Food Restrictions

Hi,

Do you guys follow any food or multi mineral/vitamin restrictions?

My Dr. said that i can eat anything i want based on my good liver condition.

So i believe it greatly depends on your liver stage and overall health.

But still any advice on foods, multi vitamins in general and specially protien based foods or foods that are heavy on your liver?

Thanks

Because of my cirrhosis, I try not to eat anything with salt. It has been quite an eye openner to read labels and see how much salt is in everything.  I do take lots of herbal supplements and eat as organically as possible.  Beets are really good for the liver. I juice them with ginger root and sometimes carrots or apples.

I'm on the Campbells Chicken Noodle soup and salad diet bc the treatment meds have really messed up my digestive system.  Veggies seem to help.
