If you eat alot of leafy green veges it can make stools green but agree with the others - you need to consult with a health professional.
All the best.

Hi I think most can understand your feeling of not wanting to go to yet another doctor.  I was like that after treating.  I did not want another blood test.  One spot in my arm is so scarred by all the blood work. I hate it. I would look at the Mayo site as advised above.  Great advice.

thank you all , for all the advise. I was on Incivek ,peg and riba. I lost most of my hair and 30 pounds.  ever since I stoped the treatment in May I havent been  feeling to good I've  been having stomach pain all the time and headaches. I tell my self its the medication coming out of my system. but the green stool for 7 dys now its scaring me alittle. but I am so sick of going to the doctors, so I just try to deal with it . I am not taking any meds at this time,  not even vitamins.  but I will call my doctor .  thank you all for taking the time to give me feed back. GOD BLESS

As discussed above ,a visit to your physician would  certainly seem to be in order.be in order

It is correct that "green" can be due to "bile  issues"

best of luck..

after 6 days, i would call my dr and set up an appt asap.  when i was on tx my poo turned green after rapid elimination of bile due to diarrhea.  my gi dr also said, inability to eat or drink causes bile to move thru digestive system without breaking down.

I agree with "happy". By chance are you taking any chlorophyll capsules? I agree with all the advice above....call the doc! You'll have to take the dreaded stool test, but it would be worth it.  Good luck!!!!!

"mayoclinic.com" has an explanation for green stools.  It could be something your eating or supplements your taking.  We aren't doctors but I would guess its something your eating or taking.

Hi, since it has been 6 months since you completed tx, there is another place on here to look for help. I do think that Can-do is right that you need to see your doctor

Hi there, so sorry, my keyboard is not working I am trying to respond.  I think green stool is a sign of an illness.
I finished Incivek, Peg and Riba  22 months ago.  It takes a while to recover.  What did you take?

I suffered the hair loss all through tx and for 3 months afterwards, lost all the hair above my ears and the back as well.  It was awful.  A year ago I was very upset that my hair was so thin there was nothing I could do.  Today my hair is thicker than it has been in years.  I started using a silk pillow case to stop the shredding of my existing hair. Or you can use a high thread count pillowcase. I tried to use Nioxin shampoo and conditioner and scalp therapy.

Also you should be continuing to drink a lot of water to clean your system.  There is another forum here for people who are 6 months post and looking for help.  I will get that and come back.

Again, it sounds as if you have an infection.
Take care
Dee

I'm sorry but we are not doctors here, I don't see anything related to treatment except for the hair loss and losing weight.

I would suggest you see a doctor ASAP......... Wishing you the best
