I agree with Newleaf that it is common to have labs that look like yours IF you are on treatment. If you are not on treatment, the low hemoglobin and platelet count may lead one to suspect cirrhosis.

The important values are the result column and the normal ranges column.  If it were my results, the 2 of most interest would be hemoglobin (it's the oxygen carrying red blood cell) and platelets, but I would also notice the hematocrit being lower than normal.  There are several websites that explain the tests and what the results indicate.  Generally, the unfortunate aspects of the drugs are that ribivirin reduces hemoglobin and interferon reduces platelets and neutrophils (an important white blood cell...somewhere in your results should be a count, not just a percentage of total).  Your hgb (hemoglobin) is lower than normal (I imagine you are tired without the normal oxygen level?) and your platelets should get your docto'rs attention because they are getting too low.  It's typical to have the interferon dose reduced when platelets get down to 50,000.  Dose reduction is done to allow the blood to recover to safer levels.  After blood counts get into a safer range, meds will be increased again.  Don't worry about such things.  Follow your doctor's advice.

It was helpful to me to chart all of the lab results.  Made me feel a little more in control, a little more on top of everything happening to my blood because of the meds.
