GenoSure Test

has anyone had this test done?  Here are my results. I called the company and got some information, but have not spoken to my Dr.  It appears as though I have no mutations and that I should react well to the incivek. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Wow surprise surprise I was reading about this test and searched in on MedHelp and this is where I landed.

I regret no one ever responded to this post. It is an interesting test though if you are treatment naive and already started treatment I wonder why the test.

I was wondering if this test could help determine resistance for those who start with one PI and for some reason need to stop and attempt to re-treat with the other.

To be honest you are the first person I have heard of that has had this test. I think I was more worried about Interferon resistance since I did so poorly the first time I treated. I know it might be too late now but I am still tempted to have the IL28B Phenotype test.

Others might chime in and share.
