HCV RNA VIRAL LOAD TEST

Hi everybody,just got the result earlier today of hcv rna viral load the result says target not detected, what does it means then? It means that i dont have viral load? I still have to go to my doctor tomorrow to explain to me the result. But can somebody tell me what it means? Thank u so much guys.
