HCV SVR from 2008 with fibrosis grade 3-4 at the beginning of the treatment

what are the risks for someone in this situation ?
what tests should you do and in which frequency?

Normal approach to follow up for someone who had F3 or F4 prior to cure of hep c is abdominal ultrasound every six months along with blood testing for CBC, Liver panel, and INR
