first, thank you for helping me. But you may not catch my point.
Because I did not have a scab which could protect me,instead i had a very small open wound(but no bleeding, just sting and you can see a little blood in it). It was the wound that touched somebody's scab from an old cut.
My question is that if someone's scab could transit virus to my very small open wound to make me infected ?
"However, my point is that if the scab touches my small open wound (not bleeding) directly for a short time, will I be infected by the scab".

NO! Your over thinking and need to relax. Hepatitis C isn't that easy to get.
You have to get the infected blood into your blood stream. It's blood to blood infection ....not blood to scab. A scab is a protective coating that protects contaminates from getting into your body. That is the purpose of a scab in the wonders of the human body. Now if we didn't have scabs we would have to use a band aids to keep out infection. Which is exactly what you should do
if you get a cut and are concerned about infections.
More people would be less concerned about getting infections if they personally took the time to protect themselves and others. If you have and open wound or cut then cover it so you don't expose yourself to infections.
Thank goodness for the creation of scabs.
Buy a box of band aids if you still concerned about scabs.

You should go and get tested to relieve your mind! Get a Hep A/B shot while you are at it.
I have read a lot and know that it needs blood to blood。However,my point is that if the scab touched my small open wound(no bleeding)directly for a short time, will I be infected by the scab?
Is the scab infectious just like blood? In my thought, scab is the solid state of blood,so it may be infectious too. Am I right?
Also, "HCVadvocate.org". has lots of great educational info about Hep C.
You mean the scab is boy infectious?

Again, Hepatitis C is contracted by blood to blood contact. Otherwise, the infected blood has to get in your blood stream for you to get infected with the hepatitis C virus. Hepatitis C is NOT that easy to get. Educate yourself about hepatitis C and find out why. Once again here is a site that has a lesson plan on Hepatitis C.
