Hep C Procit and Exercise

During Treatment I was always trying to do some exercise.  I just finished 16 weeks with 8 to go. Around week 13 red blood dropped and I couldnt get off the couch. I just finished two doses of Procit. If it takes effect and I start to feel I have a bit more energy is it ok to get the exercise I miss without effecting the benefit of the Procit?

I have a physical job and worked all through my 48 weeks and also took procrit. (Still am on the stuff)
I have no choice but too push myself during work but I suggest listening to your body and don't push it.  A little excercise is better than none. If you are having a good day with lots of energy and you over do--you will feel it the next few days.
Everything in moderation...

I'm bumping this up because I'm curious what others have experienced too!  Thanks JD for sharing your input!  I too, exercised the first month, had a HUGE hemo drop 14.3-11.0 in a week and a half, and since have been trying to recover (last 10 weeks).  I finally feel okay and want to exercise again too :)  I like the swimming idea!

No problem exercising on Procrit.  The only limitation I encountered is no scuba diving because of the danger of clots.  Swimming is very good, however.  No gravity to fight and support for my joints, resistance from the water and no sweating. Good luck.
