According to my dictionary a supplement means in addition to.
It is not a replacement for.
As Bill pointed out there is no specific diet for Hep C however if you have cirrhosis there are some diet restrictions mainly limiting salt intake.
Everything is processed through the liver therefore it is healthier for your liver if it doesn't have to filter out toxins: additives, pesticides, herbicides, I think you get the idea.
An over abundance of iron can cause cirrhosis according to my heptologist. So if your liver is already damaged avoid iron rich substances.
As stated by others there is no substitution to fresh whole fruits and veggies.
Add whole grains and you have a healthy diet that no supplement can replace.
Think supplement= to add to.
OH
There is no diet specific to Hep C; however, eating healthy food benefits all of us. You should concentrate on achieving/maintaining proper Body Mass Index. I wouldn’t consider eliminating fruits and vegetables; I’m not sure why you’d consider that.

Eating as many "whole" foods as possible (i.e. fruits and vegetables, whole grains and legumes, unprocessed meats, fish, and eggs) is good in general for health. You want to avoid prepared and processed foods, and, as Rocker said, foods with ingredients you can't get at home. The advice to shop only around the edges of the grocery store is good. I would also try to get organic food if you can afford it.
Supplements cannot replace fruit and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables supply fiber, water, and many micronutrients. Just try to find fruits and vegetables you enjoy.
Its easier to eliminate the foods you dont want to eat...for ex:...unfilterd tapwater, processed meats and other processed dry foods such as cheese wise...juts read the labels,if you cant pronounce it,or spell it...dont ingest it
