Both are normal for hep c. Depending how bloated you are getting you may have acites (fluid retention in the belly) since you have stage four scaring. Many with hep c just get bloated. Nausea is common and verys how often per individual.

Hep c doesn't cause artheritis but it can make it worse.

I have had osteo arthritis in my knees for two years - moderate to severe.  Hep C for over 20 years, 55 years old.  Are there links between Hep C and this type of arthritis that someone can tell me about?

nausea can be a normal symptoms of chronic hcv, as can fatigue and body aches and pains (frequently from inflammatory arthritis).
