Hepatitis in clothes and detergent

Hello all, perhaps im being paranoid here, i played football the other day, and the opposing player bled on my handbtowel. I took the the towel and placed it overnight in detergent. The next day The blood was all washed off towel. What I did next maybe wasnt smart. I picked it out of the water and placed it in the washing machine with a load of washing. My question is what realistic chance of transmission do I have after a) putting my hand in the water detergent, I always have scratches on my hand from work b) spreading to other clothes in washing machine?
