Buy a humidifier and run it round the clock.  Inside air is really dry all winter inside.  It will vastly improve the rash.  A huge number of the sides are related to moisture, one way or the other.

My riba rash was getting real bad ,tried everything avaliable ,no luck ...   The back of my legs looked like I had poison ivy, my wife told me to try the secret ointment ,herbs for health   a golden pride, rawleigh product.... It is meant for temporary relief of artrictic pain but works great on riba rash`

My GI has me wash the riba rash areas with Head & Shoulders (or Selsun Blue) dandruff shampoo and then apply over the counter hydrocortisone cream.  My rash is is on my face and you have to be very careful using hydrocortison cream around the eyes as it thins the skin.  This ritual works but the minute  you stop the rash does come back.

keep up the good work of hanging in there!!  it is doable with support of family/friends.  try cerave lotion & cleanser.  it won't cure it but it helps.  i used benadryl,  too.  i less shot & pill brings you closer to trying to fight off this darn virus.  kudos132
