High enzimes

What can I do at home to lower my enzymes?  It is very high.  400.

If you don't have hepc, enzyme levels can spike for many reasons, illnesses or from medications you are currently taking or excessive alcohol intake.  In any event, you should consult with your doctor and find out what is causing the problem.

Also, if you drink alcohol, stop, at least until you find out why your enzyme (alt) level is so high.

probably, you are referring to your Alt level.  yes, 400 is very high.

If you have not done so, test for hep B and hep C.

Which enzymes? ALT? AST? CGT? ect.
Do you have Hepatitis C ?
You have not had responses because of the paucity of the info you have provided.
If you post the results of your liver function tests and blood count people here will be able to help you.
