The Kaiser I go to only uses Peg-Intron. But, I will show this to my doc and see if he can get me out of their standard formulary. Thanks for your comments. Cheryl
looks like to me like the study validates Roche's use of the larger "peg" to inhibit biodegradation of the drug (Roche's is 40KDa to Schering's 20KDa). Another setback for Schering/peg-intron and another reason to get your dr. to prescribe pegasys if you have a choice.
