How many tablets of Telaprevir equal 12 weeks?

My nurse practitioner was not sure about this. Maybe you guys have right answer.

I started Telaprevir on Friday May 18 with a midday dose (took 4 tabs that day). I have been  taking 375 mg, 2 tabs, three times a day. 12 weeks will become Friday August 10.  Should my last dose be Morning dose, or should I complete all three doses on August 10?
I personally think, 12 weeks will be completed after I take Morning dose (2 tabs) on August 10, but nurse was not sure of it.
Thanks, Pepela
