I must have been dreaming,

As I'm reading the protocol I suddenly realize the "investigational drugs" are not revealed, I dont know where I got the idea they were PI and Telaprevir,  so I have no idea what they are.  except the study is being supported by Gilead Sciences.  any ideas?

Mary, I went to clinical trials and typed in Gilead sciences and HCV.

http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=Gilead+Sciences%2C+HCV

You can look at the trials listed in that link.  You'll notice that they have a few compounds. IF you can find your trial agreement it should list the name of the compound.

When I was in a trial I had the info and agreements sent by file. I don't know if you have in in the e-mail file form or a paper agreement but the agreement will have a lot more info than clinical trials.  Once you provide the compound you should be able to find it at clinical trials.

IF not, sometimes you have to go to  a site like yahoo financial or Gilead itself and read up on the trial and compound.  You may also find info on the compound at either EASL presentations or AASLD.

best,
Willy

Mary, how about we go to your original thread?  I'm thinking I've got your particular trial sorted and it's GS-9190 and GS-9256
