I felt better almost immediately after finishing the Incivek. For me, it made a very big difference.

Hi There. Have been off of inc for one week. I felt so much better the first morning I woke up off of it. Better each day. Of course, I still feel heavily medicated from the other 2 drugs but better without the inc. Best wishes to you...KEEP MOVING   :)

I agree with Dawn and trust me I know it is not easy.  I still do not understand the overwhelming strain of Incivek. I dreaded walking my dogs which is a first for me. I vow if it were not for guilt I doubt I would have done it. I always felt better after tho :)  Hang in there. Make yourself take a small walk something leisurely that is not necessarily work.

But to answer your Q: yes you feel better when you are out of the Incivek stage :)

Ditto to what dawn said.
Some days I felt like all I wanted to do was nap. Yet once I forced myself to get up and outside, I always felt better. Our bodies need to move. Do what you can, stretch, walk, do yoga, go as far as you can each day. Do as much or as little as you can, but move.
It will help in the long run, believe me.

You should always try to get off the couch as much as possible in either case (within reason). I know it is hard to do, but truly you will feel better :). To answer your original question; I felt so much better after ending incivek and almost immediately. Even with anemia I felt 1000 times better.
