In Los Angeles-BROKE! (ANY FREE/VERY cheap help avail.?Who do I call?Whr do I go?

hello?
I am BROKE... pretty new out of prison for a couple years..I have hep c and can't afford the medication and don't know who to call/ where to go/if there is free or very LOW cost treatment available?
