Since I have to take 3 injections per week, I use thighs, abdomen and keep track of what I injected where.

I use abdomen only also. It really dries it out and causes redness. Make sure just to hydrate with a good lotion well.

I also only use the abdomen, my legs are toooooo skinny to pinch the fat up.  But I get bruise marks all around my shot areas.  I have to switch it up around the belly.

I only used the abdomen, figured a more sinewy thigh would hurt more.  No problem with the cushy abdomen.  Rotated around four different injection sites on my abdomen.  No rash, no itching...faded the skin on my abdomen in those areas though.

I used the stomach because that's what I was told and just rotated around the belly button..
I started developing little rash at the injection site w/ some itchiness around week 15, i used gold bond and that seemed to help a bit.  All of that ended after treatment, it took about 2 months after for all the skin issues to clear.
good luck,, make sure you use the alcohol and let it dry before injecting, it just stings more if the alcohol is wet.

I've always used the stomach just because it seemed easier for me.  I try to rotate left and right sides each week, moving to different regions and avoid an area if still a little rashy.  I sometimes get a minor rash and have a little sensitivity the next few days in the injection area, but nothing to concern me.  For that reason, I avoid the belt /waist line since the rubbing could irritate further.  I might move to the thighs eventually.  Whatever works best for you.

I rotated between stomach and thighs.  Stomach seemed to be easier for me.  It went like this:  left stomach, left thigh, right stomach, right thigh and then I started all over.
