I use my tummy and have purplish red three inch circles at each injection. Doctor said if No pain then don't worry about it. I was told to put ice in site afterwards....have not tried this yet. Told to use tummy or thigh, tummy first, more fat there.

Thanks have been using goldbond but.its not taking away the redness
My sites get red and itchy. I put hydrocortisone cream on them at least twice a day. That seems to work and gradually the older sites are no longer red.
Thanks guys. I wasnt quite sure if the arm was an option. Anyone know.how to get rid of the redness?
Oops! Here is the link to the instructions for injecting:

pcds is right - thigh and abdomen.
Choose an injection site on your stomach or thigh. Avoid the 2 inch area around your navel and your waistline. Use a different place each time you give yourself an injection.

My Dr told me to stay away from injecting on or near those red injection sites. I dont know for sure why, but I have followed that advice. I hope somebody with answers to this will chime in. Ive never heard of using your arms.
Personally, I would not use the arms. The instructions show the injection sites as either the thighs or the abdomen. I think the reason is that the abdomen and the thighs have more fat on them and the arms often do not.
Here is a site that tells you step by step how to inject interferon and shows you where to inject. Only the abdomen and thighs are shown.
I empathize with you. I am beginning to run out of sites too.
I have not seen arms being OK as injection site. stick with thigh and abdomen.
