The HCV antibody test can't be considered conclusive given that soon after exposure. It is only fully conclusive when given six months after exposure, because bodies each have their own timeline for how rapidly the begin to form antibodies to an infection. Some may start in only a few weeks and some may take nearly six months. It becomes more likely to be accurate the longer you wait, but one can't really be sure until six months. If you wish to know for sure sooner than that, then I recommend having an HCV PCR test done. It doesn't bother with antibodies at all and instead looks for actual viral RNA in your blood. It can be find RNA as soon as 1-2 weeks after exposure, although some say wait 6-8 weeks to definitively rule it out. The downside to this test is that it is much more expensive, usually around $500.

You are fine, 0.9-1.0 is borderline and you fall well below that at 0.127

Best to you.

Can you try to type in exactly what it says on the report, and check for typos? I think it says you are fine, but I can't be certain due to how you wrote it.
