Joint aches Help

Wow I have to say I have been pretty much sx free and today my knee joint started acheing bad! I put a benjay like patch on my knee tonight. I hope that is ok on tx what else can I do to make it feel better?

I take 2 Ibuprofen when the joint aches first start and it goes away pretty quickly. If I wait too long to take something though, it takes a long time to get rid of the pain. This was recommended by my doctor when I first started tx.

bengay - its ok - lol - avoid overuse of aspirin advil and alleve - the remedy depends mostly on the cause - there are some over the counter remedies - i take glucosamine with chondroitin and msm and vitamin d3 - these work for me - see if it goes away on its own - then try something else
