Just Checking in

HiEveryone, Thought I would let everyone know I'm still alive.  I've been so busy I haven't had time to post or read any comments the past few months.  Still doing good on tx, but now that I'm at the end (5 weeks to go), it seems like it's taking forever.  I see they changed the forum since I'm on last & I see many new names I don't recognize.  Hope all the "newbies" are doing ok with your sx. I also hope all you  "old-timers" are doing good as well.  I'm still hanging in there working both jobs & keeping busy.  Still doing great with sx & hope I can continue the same this last 5 weeks.  It's been a LONG 43 weeks & can't wait to be done already.  Hope you all had great holidays & wish you speedy recoveries and tolerable sx in 2007!  Stay positive!

I also have not been on for a while. Hope everyone had a great christmas. (as good as it can get for anyone treating anyway) and a wish for all to have a better New Year. Hubby is hanging in there but the mouth sore are getting worse and his skin seems to be getting real thin. Sometimes he just scratches his self and starts bleeding. Christmas day he had a bad bout of the blues. It took a while to shake. He knows the meds are causing it but it was still tough. He is most diffinitely looking forward to the new year. He has seven shots left and of course time seems to be slowing down for him. He will have his last week of treatment the week before his birthday. Anyway, back on track, We wish everyone a great New Year. Thanks for everyones help this year.
