Lowering ribavirin dosage

Hi to everybody!
I was trying to find any studyies about lowering the ribavirin dosage and outcome of tx.. anyone has done some googleing about it???
Got great neews! got finaly my week 2 test; form 7.7 million units, to 1.1 million units!! ..when u can consider your self an early responder??
..i know, i'm such a winer.. i'm on my 6/48 week, and allready wining..

IV'E BEEN DOING THE TREATMENTS 4 A COUPLE WKS. NOW. THE RIBAVIRON IS MAKING ME REAL SICK. I'M TAKING 6 A DAY. MY DOC WON'T LOWER IT. HELP???

Thanks! you too! ..typing this in the midle of night.. cant sleep. Im on a loop between water botle and toilet.. God i hate ribavirin..

mathematically on that slope you will hit UND around week 14. in reality it could do anything, but thats pretty good.

Thanks! if i understood right, evr = und. at week 12,  high bodyweight negative factor, high dosage of ribavirin = improved chance for svr...  
..So, keep on with high dosage thru the 48 weeks (i'm a 1a) huh?

Well.. functionin ok i quess.. The thing that bothers me realy is the brain fog. Since i'm on my last year to finish a MA degree, and i would need to learn, focus and study... All the rest i would cope, at least untill now. What's your situation?

Hi! How are ya? My situation is had hep sice 30 yrs old.  Im 52 now and havent had any problems since I was 30. I posted my blood levels on an earlier post. I will hav eliver  biopsy results on Tuesday,

I too have had my rainy daysthis year...tomorrow morn off to the dentist to have few teeth pulled. Yuk!! Its just been one thing on top of   another. Started some dental work few months ago but had to stop. Totally wiped me out financially.

ANyway..I willprobably start to treat the hep c in a  month or two.........so much going on.

Hope  you feel well ald things are going in thr right direction for you.

Wow, thanks for that artickle! i need a bit time to read that thrue!!
For now, my side-effects has been: dry mouth,throat, nose.....  brain fog... tiredness and fatique
So.. did i got it so wrong? on week 14?? i thought that it was a 1.45 log drop.. i thought that at week 6 i would go under..
