Does anyone know if the the medication ribiviran and rebetol is the same.
Ribavirin and Rebetol are the same thing.

It's the same as Vistaril or Atarax....an antihistamine. Also used for nausea.
Glipizide stimulates the pancreas to produce more insulin....so it lowers blood sugar. Metformin is used to improve your body's sensitivity to insulin.
Prednisone can cause the blood sugar to GO UP.
Methotrexate in small doses is used as a remitive agent for Rheumatoid Arthritis and in large doses to treat certain types of cancer. It can cause your liver enzymes to go up, so if you have hepatitis C you have to be very careful to have frequent blood tests to check the liver enzymes.
Actually, I'm surprised that a doctor would prescribe Methotrexate if you have liver disease.
